The story, set a semi-apocalyptic future in which all motor vehicles were abandoned in favor of hovercraft, focuses on Ben, the leader of a motorcycle gang called the Polecats.
The game starts as the Polecats, along the Highway 9, they ran into a white limousine. In the limo is keeping a conversation between Malcolm and Adrian Ripburger Corley, respectively president and vice-president of Corley Motors, the last motorcycle factory in the entire state: the two are directed at the general meeting of shareholders, during which you will have to decide the future. Ben, who could not stand any vehicle other than a motorcycle, destroys the ornaments of the car by angry passengers who follow the band to find out who it is.
